A few weeks ago, I fulfilled a long-time goal of mine. I hosted a 5K/10K/Half Marathon for the girls in my Tribe.

Women of all ages and fitness levels trained together and raced together, some of them for the very first time, proving that all it takes is a goal and the drive to succeed to do anything you put your mind to.

And every single one of them finished, some with laughter and some with tears. It was a beautiful day.
