Justifications. These are the excuses we throw up to talk ourselves out of doing what we know we should be doing to lose weight.
Our excuses get us off our game and set up roadblocks to our goals. They take our focus off what we really want and put the focus on what we can have in the moment.
We have a member who posted about how she didn't want to plan her food because she didn't know what she'd feel like eating and didn't want to box herself in. This is the crap she tells herself so she can eat whatever she wants in the moment!
