To be hot.
To be the 80 year old who twerks and doesn’t throw a hip.
To stop the obesity gene in my family.
To never need the seat belt extender on an airplane.
To say good-bye to Lane Bryant forever.
To nag Chris until we’re in our 90’s.
These were just a few of my reasons to lose 100lbs.
They still feel good to this day, and each reason keeps me focused in maintenance.
Finding your why’s and reasons are so important. There are simply times you will want to eat off plan.
Pizza on a Friday with your family after a long, hard week will sound AMAZING.
Your why’s will need to be stronger than your desire to throw down four slices with a glass of wine.
